Grand Hotel Royal Wedding Videographer and Photographer
In the many years that we at Studio D’Essai have been working as wedding videographers and photographers for couples from all around the world, we have been lucky enough to witness love in many of its shapes and forms.
It’s always a sight to behold (and capture), and our creative and talented staff went above and beyond to create something the two lovebirds will cherish for a lifetime. We felt a connection right from the start with Federico and Angela. The dashing groom had traveled a long distance from home. He came all the way from Milan while his lovely bride hails from Naples. Two worlds collided and created something entirely new: a life together in which both of them bring one, fundamental thing: themselves.
It goes without saying that they needed somewhere spectacular to host their wedding, and the breathtaking landscapes of Sorrento are exactly what they were looking for. After all, the best destination weddings are always by the sea!
They tied the knot in the beautiful and intimate church of S. Francesco, built on the remains of another church from the seventh century. Everything was perfect.
Walking down the aisle, Angela looked stunning: the lovely bride was wearing a classy A-line eggshell wedding gown. The dress was simple but enriched by several dainty details, such as the braided embroidery on its backless lacy corset.
The silky, weightless skirt was perfectly complemented by a simple bouquet of pure white flowers and by small, discrete pieces of jewelry. Her hair was tied back in a soft half-up, gracing her shoulders with natural waves. Everyone held their breath, and Angelo couldn’t believe his own eyes. Time stood still for a moment, and the only thing that remained was the way the two looked at each other. That very moment marked the dawn of a new era for them.
After that, the wedding photographers and wedding videographers of Studio D’Essai followed the couple for a brief photo session in the famous Chiostro di San Francesco. The historical cloister is an amazingly beautiful moment and the perfect setting for some wedding photographs and films.
The action moved to the Grand Hotel Royal, where the new family celebrated in great fashion with all their friends and loved ones. The building is simply magnificent. A 5-star hotel overlooking the Gulf of Naples with an ample terrace where the newlyweds toasted to themselves and their guests and finally had the chance to dance their first dance as husband and wife.
The city of Sorrento has some of the most incredible views in Italy. It doesn’t matter whether it’s winter or summer, August or January, Sorrento consistently delivers on its promises of beauty, sophistication, and fun. On the private beach of Grand Hotel Royal, Angela and Federico kept partying until late into the night, and let us tell you, what an amazing new beginning that was!
