Hotel Bellevue Syrene Wedding Photographer and Videographer
You cannot help melting when looking at Logan and Gaia’s wedding pictures. Theirs is a match made in Heaven. Originally from Avellino, Gaia moved to the USA, where she met her future husband. A love story for the ages filled with smiles and joy like no other. When the couple finally decided to tie the knot, what better choice than the idyllic scenery of Sorrento?
The first thing you notice when you set foot in the Sorrentine Peninsula is the open blue sky. Colours so bright and deep you feel like you are daydreaming. Then, you fall in love with its sea. The Tyrrhenian holds a special place in literature, history and, of course, legends. There is one, in particular: an old tale about brave men and fantastic creatures called Sirens, that echoes through the ages, from the Roman poet Ovid to the Greek Homer himself.
The Sirens were said to mesmerise sailors with their angelic voices, causing their ships to crash. As myth has it, only Ulysses managed to resist their spell, and he did it by having himself tied to the mast of his ship and putting wax in his ears.
Logan and Gaia must have heard the call of the Sirens. They were drawn to the shores of Sorrento, where their destiny was awaiting. That’s the thing with The Odyssey: it’s about destiny, bond and undying love.
It is evident in Gaia’s radiant smile, as she was getting ready at Hotel Bellevue Syrene, the in the luxury Suite Pompeiana, surrounded by the rich frescoes in Pompeian style and a private indoor pool that made her stay even more unforgettable. The catholic ceremony was held at the nearby Chiesa di San Francesco, a fourteenth century masterpiece in the very heart of the town. Gaia wore an Ermanno Scervino wedding dress so elegant and graceful that those present lost their breath for a second or two. Logan and Gaia swore eternal love in front of a delighted crowd, then moved to the Chiostro di San Francesco. As soon as the couple passed the small door that leads to the Chiostro, they discovered a new world. The magic atmosphere enclosed by the columns has got an ancient charm. There, the couple posed for a few stylish pictures. The wedding photographers and videographers of Studio D’Essai immortalised those wonderful moments so that, a thousand times over, Logan and Gaia can go back to them.
Before going back to the hotel for the celebrations, they took a stroll through the Villa Comunale.
And then it was time for the couple to celebrate their love at Hotel Bellevue Syrene, where a lovely evening awaited them. Excellently located in the center of the town, near Piazza Torquato Tasso, the building was a patrician residence before turning into an exclusive 5 star hotel. The Pompeian halls filled with sweets and confetti were a sight for the gods, while the traditional cake cutting was held on the panoramic terrace where the view of the Gulf of Naples is breathtaking. Gaia and Logan knew that a wedding at Hotel Bellevue Syrene is the most romantic way to start a new life together. They toasted in Italian and English, thanking their guests before going wild on the dance floor. Time stopped for a night, with a thousand stars lighting up the sky. Destiny brought Logan and Gaia together, Sorrento joined them for life.
