Villa Scopetello Wedding Videographer
To be a photographer or a videographer is to be an explorer, sometimes. Before a job, we scout cities and towns for the perfect spot. Wedding videography is made of various elements, and one of them is undeniably the setting. Rikki and Benjamin decided to hold their big day in a very special one.
Have you ever been to Tuscany? Rikki and Benjamin fell in love with it at first sight. From the emerald hills to the historic cities of Florence, Pisa with its Leaning Tower, and Siena, where every year the famous Palio is hosted. And that is where they decided to celebrate their love. Specifically, in the province of Sinalunga.
All the way from the Constitution State, Connecticut, Benjamin and Rikki wanted a wedding venue that is unique and classy, but also intimate. The province of Sinalunga is indissolubly tied to that of Villa Scopetello, an early Twentieth century hilltop residence that can offer you everything your heart has ever desired. Swimming pool, a majestic view over Tuscany, a fireplace, history…
So They flew over here 30 guests for their small Italian wedding in the countryside.
Every bride-to-be needs a bit of mystery. Rikki got ready in her room, upstairs, with the help of her bridesmaids. She went for a sophisticated hairstyle and a timeless white gown made of superimposed fabrics. The v-neck dress, with its embroidered top and the long train exalted her natural beauty and it was just perfect for her. The rite was held in the garden. A view so stunning over the hills that everyone was mesmerized. There, our videographers were able to take some amazing candid footage. Then, every head turned when she made her entrance. Ben, wore a 3-piece blue suit and a red tie.
The words of trust and the promises they said to each other still resonate within each and every one of us. They looked as excited as ever. When it was time to say “I do”, they exchanged a glance and they knew exactly that that would be the happiest moment of their lives. They were so moved by each other’s vows, and so were we. This is the kind of love we want to tell through our films: absolute, romantic, endless.
The new family took a stroll in the fields around the villa, where our videographers filmed them from afar, without interfering with their intimate moments, yet managing to capture the essence of their companionship. The light through the trees, the greenery, the atmosphere were everything they could wish for.
Then, night fell and the feast began. The tables all set, the smiles, the full glasses, everything was in its right place. Guests enjoyed the rustic landscape under the stars as Rikki’s father gave a short speech about loyalty, family and friendship. Then, it was time for the grand finale: they held each other in the middle of the garden and cut the amazing wedding cake together, before their first dance. Soon after, everyone else joined. Those incredible hours we spent with Rikki, Benjamin and their families and friends have shown us a love so pure and nuanced that we wanted that night to last forever. What an amazing party that was. They went back home tired and happy, with amazing memories that will last forevermore!
